P The Kissing Hand Penn, Audrey "This is a super sweet picture book about a raccoon who is worried about leaving his mom and going off to school.  She shows him a secret that lets him know, all the time, that his Mommy loves him.  A nice book for kids starting off on new adventures - whether kindergarten, nursery school, daycare, camp, or even just staying with a babysitter.  My daughter still gives me "the kissing hand" from time to time, and ya know what?  It really works!"  KathyO
