This is a very important Canadian document. THis is from the Ministry of Education. Please take a look at Chapter 10, recommendation number 34, Able, andvantaged and fast learners. The Royal Commission recommended to the Ministry that acceleration be used more frequently.

This site, based in Toronto, has numerous scientific materials (also includes lots of robotics) for adults and children alike. While they do have a store located in Toronto, many of their items can be purchased on-line.

A Canadian site with extensive listings of homeschooling supplies. You can not order directly from the site, but the authors list their phone number, fax and email so that you may contact them to place your order.

A store located in Scarborough which offers educational materials and toys for early childhood educators. A 10% discount is offered when you pick up the materials rather than have them delivered. They will send you a full catalogue free of charge. They have an annual warehouse sale every May -- not to be missed.

A toy store (not a teacher's supply store) which, amongst modern toys, also includes many educational toys such as puzzles, building toys, books, etc.

They offer a 10% membership discount which costs 10$ a year. They will also send you a full catalogue for 5$. Once the catalogue arrives, you get a credit of 5$ towards your first purchase.

A Canadian site listing homeschooling supplies and resources. Parents who are also looking to supplement their child's education would be well advised to visit this site.
