This is a site
that you can sign up with on a monthly basis for a fee
(17.95$US/month). It is a program to tutor math. It is
not a game, or a "edutainment software", but it is
instructive, helpful and simply organised. Children move
through at their own pace. Starts at a grade three level and
offers a placement test prior to starting lessons.

great little program! It times the number of math problems that
you can solve within a 60 second time frame. It allows you to set
very specific levels. You can even download the program for
free. For some children the trick will be to put in the answer
and then 'click' on the button quickly.
